Paying mastercard bill.

    Hi, I have paid my boi mastercard bill with my boi pass card at your pass machines the same way for the last 30 years, this weekend two of the machines told Mt that this transaction was not permitted.

    I have two questions, what has changed? As someone who doesn't have /want Internet banking how do boi propose that I pay this bill?

    Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us here on Boards.

    If you do not want to bank online:
    • You can set up phone banking by ringing our customer service team on 0818365365 and make payments by telephone.
    • You can set up a direct debit by ringing our Card Services team on 0818251251 and our advisors will be happy to help.
    • You can make lodgements to your Bank of Ireland credit card at any of our LATM machines, once you have your credit card to hand.


    Emails and letters were sent out advising customers of the change in services earlier on this year, I'm sorry if you did not receive them. Are your contact details up to date with us?
