Not many of these around strangely enough and should be insurable as it's less than 15 years.

318 Ci, Manual, 2005, 01/20, €1350 but has 4 months tax with that.

    Nice colours, decent equipment level.

My '01 318Ci has bit the bullet in terms of an NCT failure, but is actually running grand. It's used as a second car mainly for school runs and when I first saw the Panda, I thought that would tick the box nicely, only I'd have to convince Mrs.delly that the Panda would make a much more economical choice. Now I see the '05 318Ci and I think, mmm, tasty!

    /EDIT Scratch that thought:

    Vehicle
    Vehicle Registration Number: 05D6126
    Vehicle Details: BMW / 318
    Change Of Vehicle Ownership

Transferred to an Individual on: 01/08/2019

    Notified on: 02/08/2019

    What's the concern there?

Maybe I'm reading that ad wrong but is it saying tax was 1950?

My concern would be that the seller recently bought it and has an issue, therefore is moving it on. It isn't taxed, they are saying they can tax it for extra I think.

    They’re both best avoided IMO.

Hah, the guy selling that BMW is a bit odd. He basically hoovers up the cheap, bottom of the barrel stuff from Merlin, paints the wheels/badges/bumpers black (with a can) and puts them on Donedeal...with a ladies name on the ad usually :P

    He is Miriam here:

    https://www.donedeal.ie/vintagecars-for-sale/mini-just-passed-nct-today-7-2020/22678176

    Dj here:

    https://www.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/06-mondeo-tdci-tax-nct-23-2-20/22675396

    Jay here:

    https://www.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/6-spd-tdci-zetec-s-130bhp-tax-nct/22687756

Not knocking him in the slightest, I like seeing someone make a few quid like this. But I would be careful enough inspecting that Beemer

Right, so your typical flipper at the tail end of the market. I suppose it could still be fine, but just not the same as if he owned it, so buyer beware and all that.

That Panda you posted is a steal though, really would be a cheap run around. I note that the seller has removed their full name and hidden the reg since you posted, but I've already done my homework on that one :D.

Yeah, I wouldn't be too concerned about the seller or his/her story at this end of the market. Obviously its nice to buy from a long term owner but if the car fits the bill and paperwork and all that is in order, I wouldn't ever walk over something so minor. With that particular model though I'd just be careful. You probably know yourself their weak spots though!

I'd guess the Panda owner is probably reading this thread!

Rover streetwise 1.4 Nct& taxes. Two owners from new , last owner had it for the last 16 years. This is extremely clean car, and will be a future classic

2004 car and the previous owner had it for 16 years?
