As far as I'm concerned Trump would have said what he did no matter where those congresswoman came from and no matter what race they were........ as long a they (*IN HIS MIND) were not from America, and were from countries with issues, and were calling America racist, fascist and saying his administration were behaving like the third reich, he would have then told them that maybe they should sort issues out in their countries first, then come back and tell him how he should be running America.

That's telling a bit of a lie, he waited for feedback before he condemned. At the rally, he stood for 13 seconds in silence with a smug look on his face. He didn't say stop it that it wasn't okay.. Then the feedback after the rally was negative hence the rollback.
