Vancouver cycling..rental & routes ?

hi will be in Vancouver for a few days .....might get a pass to have a cycle any recommendations for a bike hire shop to hire a decent road bike ? or routes to cycle ? prob looking at 100-120Km round trip with a good climb in there somewhere (shouldn't be hard to find i imagine) cheers
