    Hey,

Just looking for some advice on what I can do with my pension when leaving a semi state job for a private company.

Can I transfer said pension into the private companies pension fund?
Could I transfer it into a self managed pension account?

Any help greatly appreciated - cheers

If it's a defined benefit pension, the consensus is to not to transfer, leave it there and take the pension when you reach retirement age.
