Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Think he has a valid point, had a burger (very good) and chips in a popular tourist destination in Wicklow - chips were inedible and were sent back, what replaced them was left for the birds... how do you get chips wrong?

    Frozen chips are an abomination.

Peel a few spuds and cut them up. No comparison.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,281 ✭✭✭✭BPKS

Dee Forbes - are you listening to this absolute ****e.

Joe Duffy is getting paid €400k a year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,012 ✭✭✭✭2smiggy

what's wrong with take aways using frozen chips ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,420 ✭✭✭✭sligojoek

I wouldn't go "throwing chips in a fryer", Joe. You'd get a wild burn from the splashes.

With GDPR will we still be able to find out the top ten earners (using that word lightly) in RTE?

The more I listen to Live lahnnnn the more I think a lot of Irish people partake of a tipple during the day (mostly the people who ring in), those of us that listen for the thread likely need one after it!

Scarily true! Absolute drawling accents and slurring words are regulars on the Lahvlahn.
