Why not do as the trains do with the mails?
Have the car kitted out with a basket and ejector, circling the block and firing a kid out each turn, and doing the same in reverse at the end of the school day.

It's great and all, but aren't epi-pens designed to they can be used by someone with no medical training? I'm pretty sure they're foolproof.
