Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

From 2007, which refers to current caller

    https://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/icrime/gang-feeds-cats-to-killer-dogs-45373.html
GARDAÍ are investigating claims that a gang of blood-thirsty cat killers are kidnapping pets and throwing them to packs of ferocious dogs.

An animal care group says it has information from one of the gang that may point to up to 40 cats being killed in this way in the past two weeks.

The group has recovered the remains of two cats “which were torn to pieces” in a harbour town and reported it to gardaí.

Cork Animal Care Society (CACS) chairman Albert Kleyn said alarms bells started ringing when a large number of cats started disappearing in Cobh, Co Cork.

“We have a group of teenagers, aged 14 to 17, running around the town capturing cats, sometimes in traps, and then throwing them to a pack of dogs. The dogs in question are now blooded and highly dangerous. The next time it could be a toddler that’s torn apart,” said Mr Kleyn.

Weird show and the women got so good value from a none story it is for sure she will be on again.

She then was off so I guess someone she knows told her to get off the line or she would be on until 3pm.

Gas all the same when the someone blamed on ButtersSuki phoned in to say he took cats to be killed by greyhounds and she says thanks for being honest rather than ripping into him. Fail

The restaurant owner from Navan crying for himself and others in the sector about the VAT increase sob

Says it might be over 1000 euro he might need for new wallpaper for example. And finished by laughing it’ll be one less holiday per year for himself

All he achieved was to show Pascal Donohue was correct all along

If Mr. Duffy had one less holiday he’d only have 10 holidays per year.

Also, wat colour was de wallpaper?

Presume the prices have gone up though since, that's what VAT ultimately is - a sales tax that the consumer pays. So Paschal will have the last laugh on you :)

Exception being price pointed goods, where it's not realistic to raise the price from €7.99 to €8.32. So the price you pay either stays at €7.99 and the restaurant takes the hit or they reprice as €8.99 after a while and you pay the extra hit! What's not to like..
