New bike decision €2500-3000

With my trade in and the few quid I have cobbled together, I'll have about €2500-3000. I'm no expert so I thought I'd ask the good folk here for some advise. At the moment I'm looking at this Bianchi,

Is it a good buy or is there better out there in my price range?

Last I checked you can't race with disc brakes in Ireland, if that is a concern for you, that aside its a nice bike, personally I'd pick something non Bianchi as they are far too common out there these days.

It would be remiss not to at least take a look at what Canyon has to offer between 2 and 3 grand. - You can't trade in obviously, but chances are you're getting sweet Fanny Adams on the trade in value and that you'd easily sell it yourself for the same amount:

the Endurace Di2 Canyon all the way...can't beat the value for a great speced bike

One other thing. The bike has to have disk brakes!

They have demo days about once a year I think. There was one in the GAP back in May (Maybe it was MTB only?)

These are the demo days remaining for Europe. If your gonna spend so much on a bike I suppose you can fly over for one.

They've had a pop up store in Brussels for a few weeks, not sure if it is still open. You'd get dirt cheap flights there over summer

I was going to go to Germany to have have a look but got to ride one here belong to a friend. Got the Movistar ultimate cf 8.0. Rim version. Would have got the DI2 version if it had been on sale like now and referenced here for the extra 400 hundred now
However ......Still extremely happy , I had been considering a giant tcr , fine bike too but the Canyon is different class. It’s like a hyandai vs a BMW, the canyon is just sleek, the aero stem and bar looks amazing but the real ump is when u get out of saddle.......the power goes just one place and you can nearly smell the efficiency. Now I was riding a 10 year old aluminum bike but on my trial of the TCR I just didn’t get the same buzz . Few people have the attention to detail germans do and it shows in this !
