FYI - checked bank statement today and noticed that VF charged me twice - ( my fault probably ) I pressed pay now and payment didnt go through- tried later on it and it did. Unknown to me though the first payment went through ( their app is buggy) Went on live chat and informed that they can't see me being charged twice…

they can't see me being charged twice from their end but they will top up for me next month- hope this is beneficial to someone.
