    Rang (057) 932 5467 just now as well - nobody is picking up the phone. Only message about them still processing payments and saying to leave a voicemail at the end.

    I'll try tomorrow at around 2pm again.

    In an effort to get the claims processed I’d imagine that they are only answering the phone between 2 and possibly 3.30 or so.

    I got talking to someone and they told me that the school never sent in the attendance form so I have to get it and send it in to them and then they will pay out!

    I am still waiting. Sent another letter to them 2 weeks ago asking for update and included bank details. Still nothing. Cannot get through to anybody on the phone either.
