Looking for basic TV for Parents

I'm looking for a good reliable TV in the 40-45" size range, to mount on the wall in my parents' bedroom.  

Can you make any recommendations please?  Their budget would be around the €400 mark.

In my opinion the better of the scrfeens mentioned above would be the Samsung 43RU7100 followed up by the 43PUS6554.
