Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering if builders would turn their noses at a very small extension 9m2 for wet room for older person. Lobby then wetroom. Plans Meets ot specs. Is a small ext nearly as much trouble as bigger one tho. Would you get that for around 22k Dublin atm ?Builders need to have tax clearance for grant requirements. Any suggestions for estimates pls.

Loads of small builders that do this sort of thing.
How much have you been approved for a grant?
What stage in the process are you at?
Plans need to be prepared, OT report and also a cert from an engineer saying they will inspect and certify.

You have to get 2/3 quotes anyhow so you’ll know the actual outlay before starting. Based on my experience the grants system skews the normal pricing as the builder has to front load the costs and charges for that. I would expect 25k for that job.
