May I suggest an improvement to your mobile BOI app on android phones

During the Sign-in process, the app is not consistent in how it deals with keyboard entry

When you are asked to enter your security code eg 4 digits of contacts or date of birth, the digital keyboard allows you to enter the numbers and moves onto next field (month, year) in the case of the date. To access the next step, you have the option to press the Orange arrow button beside the entry or press the Enter key on the keyboard.

When you are asked to enter the three digits of your Pin code, you have to select the entry box, enter the digits (the cursor automatically passes to the next box) and then press the Continue button.

If you press the Go button on the keyboard (which is in the same location as the Enter button on the previous entry screen) you do not get the same result. In this case, instead of entering the app and seeing your account details, the last digit entered is deleted, the cursor remains in the box awaiting the re-entry of the last digit.

Could you pass this feedback onto your technical team

    thanks
    Joe
