    Hi, 
    I applied for a personal loan and got a message to say that I had been sent an email and to open my inbox. 
    I haven't received an email?

    Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

    Can I ask you to check your Junk and Spam email folders also? Sometimes our email's get redirected to these folders.

    If you can't locate an email from us could you please call our Lending Team on 0818 200 334 and an advisor can arrange to have this resent.

    This happens me almost every time I apply for a loan with BOI. You'll find that the text goes out earlier for some reason.

    If you haven't gotten the email, it'll generally appear at the end of the working day for whatever reason (unless my experiences have just been coincidental). Give it a couple of hours and you'll be okay, I'd say. :)
