Decent interest rate accounts at the moment?

I had some rainy day cash in a building society account but, 0.2% interest, it's not doing much there. Any other accounts where it might accumulate something a little better? I'll need access to about 50% of it over the next 12 months, then the other 50% the 12 months after that. Any recommendations? Edit - even another EU…

Unfortunately there is no good interest rates at the moment. Not unless you have a large lump sum to lock down in the post office for 10 years
