External Blockwork Cost

    Morning All,

    Anyone have an idea what it would cost for external blockwork element of a 2600sq.ft house. The plan would be to externally render the blockwork. Cavity with full fill insulation.

    Build in Kildare.

    The square footage of a house has no bearing of the external wall construction and cost. What’s the linear meterage?

    circa 350m2 of external leaf 100mm blockwork, 150mm cavity(110mm kingspan kooltherm K108) and 100mm blockwork internal leaf
