PIN for new card

    Hi, I was sent a new debit card on Monday morning as there was some fraudulent activity on my old one. But I still can't use it as I have not got a new PIN for it yet. I really need use of my card, does it take long for the PIN number to be posted out?

    Hi Imahoney79,

    Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

    There is a batch of new cards posted recently as a result of fraudulent activity on accounts. The pins for these cars folly approx. 3 working days after the cards arrive so you will receive your new pin before the end of the week. Apologies for any inconvenience caused here.
