Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Where did you buy your crystal ball?

Same place I get my advice not to gamble, sadly...

Also - we now have the (albeit joint!) best defense in the league :)

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

A great opportunity to win here and put pressure on City's game later with a 5 point gap.

Great to see the squad depth we have now being able to rest Bobby and Henderson and not be too worried. So different to when before Klopp took over.

I think time is against City for that.

City are playing Norwich who have 10 (TEN) injuries, including all 4 senior centre halfs :pac:

    As you were saying?

Goes to show anything can happen in football.

So now that the League is wrapped up what are we gonna win next 😀

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

Fair play to Norwich...they'll take a fair amount of points from the big teams this season.

Gots to give hope to the rest of the sides in premier league when playing city. Their defence looks atrocious without kompany or laporte

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,787 ✭✭✭✭Charlie19

    C'mon the Dubs:D

And now we'll have the league is Liverpool's to lose 'narrative' from here on and it's September.

I’m sure Guardiola will just think to himself ‘That’s ok, can’t win them all’.

Anyway I read there was some fellating planned if Norwich won so I’m outta here. :pac:

Means little this early in season, they can still get to 109 pts.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

This will only make them hammer their next opponents to get back on track. Very early days and everyone can have an off-day after all. One game at a time.

BTW, any news on the Oirigi injury?

Yes, and if we don't win the league then we've bottled it.

One defeat to City and gap is back to two points.

Adrian with the best defence record in the league :D

That's the first game I've seen them play where I think they miss Sane. He can stretch them teams as good as anyone.
Fernandinho is probably a better centre half than Otamendi or Stones too.

It's now a 33 game season, and we have a 5pt head start. It's nice advantage, season starts next week. That has to be mentality

We could lose twice to City and win every other game and we could still lose the league. You have to be near perfect to win the thing after the bar City set the last two years.

Klopp said he twisted his ankle and could have played on but he decided to bring on Firmino as a precaution. Origi will be sent for a scan just to be sure.

The Canaries will be singing at full-time. You can take that to the bank, that's what I'm saying.

Well done to Norwich and to me for predicting this result. The ball is in our court now!

So filthy from the best in the world Bobby Firmino.

The gif doesn't even do that justice. The ball was fizzed into him and he did the roll and flick all in one motion.

Weeeeeeelllllll, you say that but I think that they should be given a run of games together just to be sure to be sure.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

You’d have to think Fernandinho wouldn’t get away with as much fouling there so would be a liability at centre back.
