Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pop 'Liverpool' into google maps and it'll give the distance from your current location...

Think that's a massive, massive overreaction tbh.

Are we going to say this everytime they come up with a quality outfit and don't score?

They made chances. Be more concerned if they hadn't.

Salah was quite good first half, really unfortunate his runs were matched by some serious pace in the Napoli defence.

I did say at times. I would have liked to have seen Salah switched to the left side. Napoli are a very good side though.

Koulibaly made some great tackles, he also fell over into Salah for what would have been a penalty had Salah gone down and passed the ball to Firmino in his own box.

Sky showing that Man U have spent £213m more than Liverpool since 2013.

I am a Liverpool fan. Some think I am not for some reason. I get thanks off T.Hanks and people think I am using more than one account, which I am not.

Sky don't get much credit these days but putting Jose and Keano on their punditry panel is just champion.

West Ham are their bogey team for years. But right now Utd are very poor and it will take years to fix.

Very inexperienced centre backs would expect a few goals for us

I'd say it'll be an exceptionally tight game tbh.

Barcelona striker Luis Suarez says the club have a "tough year ahead" after their worst league start for 25 years.

Ernesto Valverde's side, champions of Spain in four of the last five seasons, suffered their second defeat of the campaign against Granada on Saturday to drop to seventh in the table. A return of seven points from five games is their worst since the 1994-95 season under Johan Cruyff.

"It's a worrying defeat, a defeat that hurts," Suarez told AS."And it's a defeat that we have to take a real good look at. There are lots of things that we have to improve."There's a long way to go yet, but these are the types of games that win you the title."We have to be tougher if we're going to win the league. We have a tough year ahead of us."

    I think we broke Barcelona

Worried about today - hazaed used to worry me - now its abraham!

And on another note - I have sterling and aguero in my fantasy team and they got 12 points between them! In an 8-0 game! Typical!!

Sterling didn't play so he'll be replaced by your first man on the bench...for me that was Holebas who managed to get -2 :pac:

The last time i expected a Liverpool goalfest against a Chelsea team with a inexperienced centre back Tomas Kalas didn't give Suarez or Sturridge a kick and stuffed our title hopes

Tricky match but the Reds should win.

    would take a draw

    Why?

Chelsea are there for the taking.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

Chelsea have been pretty good but they also lost 4-0 to United and dropped a 2-0 lead to Sheffield at home this season.

The league is such these days we can't afford draws. City will batter this defence, we need to as well.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

Just to jinx it right before kick off I've a fiver on Joel to get himself a goal today

Chelsea have found their stride in the last couple of games. They won’t be a push over.

Didn't take long for Chelsea to start the Stevie G song....

Chelsea are stronger every day under Lamp. They are on the up, not down, not standing still. Will be a tough game.

Its never easy but we're better. They coughed up two goals last week to Sheffield United, we need to be winning.
