Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Milner's only been on 10 minutes and he looks like he's struggling to keep up

I hope he scores but I bet I be asking how many touches he made at full time

Matip looked at him a couple of times on the run in there and still drifted away in front of him leaving a free header. poor.

Did he not go past Koulibaly on Tuesday?

He's been rubbish today tho. I love them but Fabinho & Firmino have been absolute garbage in the second half

I dread to think how massive the orgasim Tyler will have if Chelsea score.

The classic 3rd CB on substitution that always makes us look even shakier

Hard to pick anyone that's played well today but Trent has had a woeful game. So off the pace.

Worst half of football Liverpool have played in a while massive three points if we can hang on

    Adrian’s been good.

Need to find a way to get a defense right back into the team and move TAA up the field as a midfield/winger

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

Not sure why the ref didn't play advantage there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,594 ✭✭✭kingshankly

Robertson that is unbelievable after 94 minutes to have that energy

Massive win this. Huge response to City’s yesterday.

Robbo is the heart and soul of this team.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,662 ✭✭✭Luckycharms_74

Robbo you legend with that run

    Edit : lallana is useless

Salah need dropping for a few games frankly. When he is in that frame of mind he is of little use to anyone.

6 wins 18 points and at least two goals scored again.

Great 3 points. Not a great 2nd half performance.

    Tyler sounds gutted

Not sure why the ref didn't play advantage there.

As Liverpool were attacking you seen him look around before to see if Chelsea were going to have an advantage before blowing up for a foul

Grinding out the wins just like the best do.

Jaysis, we just got across the line there. A very slack, sloppy and disjointed performance, especially that second half. But a win's a win, three points is the main thing. Take them and run and they can assess the performance during the week and how to do better.

Bloody Hell, fifteen league wins in a row is some going.

Not pretty second half but result is all that matters

No way of covering up the fact that we lost that 2nd half.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,056 ✭✭✭darced

Poor second half but more than happy with the result. Get in.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,746 ✭✭✭BullBlackNova

Not a great performance in the second half and a really nervous ten minutes at the end but that's a big win. Very happy with that.

Chelsea look much better than they did at the start of the season, and Kante is a crucial player for them. Without him, they're much flatter. Abraham looks lively and Mount is good too but they have some gaps - the defence isn't good enough I don't think.

Anyway, six out of six. Happy ****ing days. Keep on rolling.

Jsysus awful 2nd half but we hung in there. Happy days

Second half was a f*cking appalling performance but happy with the win.
Away at Sheffield United next Saturday morning.

Shhh Liverpool bottled the league last season no matter how many they won on the bounce :pac:

It's literally been one bad game, maybe it's not saying much but he was by far the best of the front 3 against Napoli, he might not play vs MK Dons but we're not dropping Salah.

Of the 11 who started, I don't want to see any of them against MK Dons. Starting anyway.

I thought first half was v.good.

If Bobby had hammered that corner or Salah has took that Mane pass quickly then we could have ended it early.

I still think Klopp needs to be more liberal with the subs. Too many out on their feet.

Not sure why the ref didn't play advantage there.

Given there's only 10 seconds it probably was to our advantage to slow the game down.

Pretty **** second half but to be fair, we had a really tough game midweek.

After European games the goal is get three points by any means necessary.

It was possibly a bit too easy at times. This Chelsea team are pretty soft, Kante aside, so I think we were lulled into letting our guard down, and they do have quality when given the opportunity.
I think they'll get better, so I'm pretty chuffed to have gotten them away out of the way.

6/6 in the league, a chance for our fringe players to get a run out midweek and back to business against a tricky Sheffield Utd side next weekend.

Great win. Got there in spite of Salah who was a complete liability.
