Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think there may be a sectarian aspect to it, sadly.

Ha no chance I couldn't give a flying **** about rangers or Celtic and I'd say many Liverpool fans are the same.

Don't forget it's a big ask for the youngsters to go to fortress MK and come out with a result. MK Don's are not to be taken lightly. I wish our lads the best! Let'sa go!

Good luck against Rochdale. Enjoy the 15 mins here before KO at old Trafford.

Water off a ducks back. I am a real Liverpool fan.

I often wonder do the rival fans who come here in pretending to be genuine fans actually in some weird way start supporting Liverpool if their little skit goes on long enough?

Like a kinda of self inflicted Stockholm syndrome.

Lovren looking bad even in a team of kids against MK Dons

Yeah, like when people start saying something ironically, but they do it enough that it simply becomes part of their personality, And soon the irony, for all intents and purposes, is gone.

    Sitters missed for both teams.

I posted a picture of my old Liverpool Keepers jersey the other day, with a note with name and date on it. I am possibly more bonafide than any of you. I am a REAL MAN.

Elliot was off celebrating and everything.

Oof - great chance there for Elliot to open his account.

Early thoughts - it's nice to see the youngsters playing the same style as the first time. Looking for the runs, spreading the ball across the pitch, playing it to the keepers feet. All good.

Lovren being dispossessed by the attacker was a reminder of what we haven't missed.

    Elliott is very good

Early thoughts - I thought the kickoff was at 8 :o

13 minutes is all it took for Lallana to lose the ball in a stupid position doing a turn.

Jones is very comfortable with the ball at his feet.

    Who can blame him?

There’s been about 3 or 4 times so far where Chamberlain has looked more like one of the teenagers than the teenagers.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,090 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*

    Elliot has bags of ability.

Hoever does not look like he did against Wolves. I know he is only 16.... Looks very much a CB playing RB.

Can we stop the Good Ole Boys Saga please. It's such a Zzzzzzzzzzz.

I'm told there might even be a game on.

Brilliant bit of play, perfect cross.

Don't think Milner thought it would get to him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

I’d say Gomez looks even more like Van Dijk on Harry’s stream.

All I could think after was Milner with Elliott's haircut.
Brewster should have been a bit braver there.

    No, he was spot on.

    No, he was spot on.

Yup! He was more Reina V Bolton than Mig.
(though thankfully in this case the ref/lino called it right!)

    No, he was spot on.

Yeah, just saw the replay but in real time he looked well outside.

    Cracker from Milner!

Goal of the season. Cracker. Keeper had no chance with that.
