Gomez and TAA on the same flank is actually not a great paring - I've noticed they can lack coordination, probably a case of both being young and both lacking authority. If Matip is there he will take charge.

That one was criminal though, his man is going nowhere, just hold your position and prevent him from and Gomez tries to come flying over the top, misses everything, gives a foul and ends up out of the game leaving a huge gap.
