Overdraft cancellation

I have an overdraft facility on my account. The €30 charge was taken out last night, if I call today to cancel the overdraft can I get this reimbursed? Thanks

Hi harlemangel,

Thank you for getting in touch today.

You can request the cancellation of your Overdraft via the 'ask a question' facility in the service desk tab of your 365 online account. If you would like the €30 charge reviewed you can request this also in the 'ask a question' and the advisor dealing with your request will send this on to your branch where a decision will be made.
