How to get Title Deeds once Mortgage Finished

    If the Solicitor used when a Mortgage was taken out with BOI, is no longer open,
    they are not contactable and no forwarding information given.

    once the mortgage is cleared
    - do you know where the original Title Deeds documents could be collected from 
    - would they have gone to BOI, the lender used?

    Hi ozmo,

    thanks for getting in touch with us here in relation to your title deeds query.

    Generally if it is an existing mortgage the title deeds would be held with Bank of Ireland. However in this instance we would recommend that you call our mortgage team on 016113333 and one of our advisors will be happy to help you with this as title deeds are usually held by the mortgage team until such a time that they are requested.
