As it is Peehs, you're looking for the most obscure answer. Google is not allowed.

I've never really gotten the peehs part ...not that I get the sheep part, as the wooden spoon seems to be a Boo magnet! :eek:

Yeah, can only think of one territory for one letter, but it's definitely not an independent country.
