What's the best option for a couple living together who want to share all the bills and food and that.

What is the most cost effective way where we both could lodge money in and pay bills etc and have 2 cards to pay for groceries etc?

Thanks for the advice and help

For an actual joint account best option is EBS money manager as it’s totally fee free.

You can also use an option like Revolut where you both have your own account but use the split bill and send money features to compensate each other for covering different costs.

We have both and use the Revolut option mostly as it’s handier though we have no joint direct debits which would make more sense from the joint account so a combination of both is a good option. It’s also depends on how you deal with your salary, we want to keep ours separate and not pay into a joint account but if you want to combine salaries then the joint account makes a lot of sense.
