like a well rubbed rope, I'm a frayed knot.

I can do the slightly less **** version of this one if you prefer? I was just worried it would lead to people picturing celebrities in compromising positions again. After last time every safety deposit box in my special bank is now filled with Katie Taylors and there's nothing I can do.... except submit...

OK in the interest of reversing the lack of interest in having a go (Curse you, movie quiz and codenames final!) here's the new, spangly, celebrity-infused version :

    Bonneville Adverb [/QUOTE]

Both Jackman and Bonneville are Hughs

Verbs often end -ing, so Not Ing
Adverbs often end -ly, so Not Ing Ly

    Notingly...
Knottinley, just googled that, it's a town in Yorkshire, once famous for Bagley's Glassworks

So I think you're telling us Baggley's real name is Hugh. Not sure that's a catchphrase though...
