Happy bald guy launches M-rocket.
The Happy bald guy could be Jeff Bezos, both because he's happy he's rich and as a veild reference to his many penis photos. M-Rocket could be the Proton M but then Bezos doesn't use the Proton M, the russians do. Vlad is happy and bald, but would never wear that many clothes in a casual setting....
