Enjoyable thread and I want to like it but why the phonic style approach? i.e. breaking up words into letters?
    ...
    idk

I won't be near a laptop for a good hour to throw something up.

If anyone has something, work away to keep it going here.

For me it's a mixture of reasons, including what pictures I can find, personal preference, not wanting it to be too easy and sometimes it's just an idea that I have and it works best in syllables! Yes we've moved away from one picture for the whole answer, but that's easier with animation, for us it's easier to have multiple pics.

Fight your way through the crowd, as in Duke it through the gantlet ( yes gantlet is the correct spelling as a noun )

If it were a spelling mistake I'd go "hand in glove"

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,429 ✭✭✭Sheridan81

It's not a spelling mistake. The answer is hand in glove.
