Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    No..

Do you find it awkward if people intrude on your personal space?

    No..

Depends on the manner of the intrusion - someone I don’t know very well putting their hand on my shoulder/back, meh I don’t care. My balls though, that’d be a bit much.

Favourite component of a fry up?

Are you a Russell Brand fan?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,105 ✭✭✭Trigger Happy

No, not really, but his booky wook was a good read which surprised me.

Would you prefer to go for a night on the lash with Morrisey or Miley Cyrus?

Ah.. dunno if I'd read his book..

Miley Cyrus I'd say.. probably try to ride her.. couldn't listen to Morrissey moaning about the foreigners either..

Do you think celebrities moralising can do more harm than good at times?

They're not even on my radar.

    Ever missed your flight?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,105 ✭✭✭Trigger Happy

Yes, many times. I used to travel a lot with work so missing a business flight was a bit like missing a bus. Not too big a deal. But to miss a personal flight would be the end of the world.

    Aisle or window seat?

I'm equally nervous in both so it doesn't really matter where I sit.

Would you like to be a pilot?

I love listening to music but don't have a note in my head ... usually have to sing the man role in Karaoke!

What song could you belt out atm?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

Not really. I can sing along with the radio in the car, but that's about it.

    EDIT: the Irish national anthem......

What's your favourite genre of music?

Hard to say, probably going to Lebanon in 1988 when the country was torn apart by vicious war.

I've been there a number of times since but that particular time was pretty rough.

City break's or package holiday's in the sun?.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,648 ✭✭✭honeybear

    City break (love them)

In a threatening situation, do you think/know that you would fight or flight?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

    No, thankfully.

    Have you any tattoos?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,648 ✭✭✭honeybear

No ... not a fan of them tbh

Did you like the Stieg Larsson books?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

Can't say I've ever read them.

Do you feel you have achieved everything in life that you wanted to? Or is there something else on the horizon?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,648 ✭✭✭honeybear

Hmmm ... the headlice question was easier to answer! I'd be hoping that I take after my parents who embrace the mantra "I'll try anything once". Hopefully, there's lots of (lovely) surprises in the years ahead.

Interesting question ... right back at you

You know, I never gave it much thought tbh, my life sort of drifted along and it always seemed to improve as it went along without overthinking it.
Had a few stressful years in the bust, but I managed to get through them.

Do you eat before bed, supper like?

Are you happy with your weight?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,328 ✭✭✭Upforthematch

    Could always be better!

Do you prefer to serve a meal or be served?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

No. I'm not. I could do with loosing a few stone.

    EDIT: Be served

Ever have an arm wrestling match with someone? And if you did, did you win?

I am very lazy, to be served of course.

How are you going to vote in the election I.e. what party?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,648 ✭✭✭honeybear

    Never arm wrestled
Where I'm from our election choice leaves a lot to be desired! As an aside, my Dad is out canvassing atm ... go easy on him if he knocks on your door (I disagree with him on politics but he's lovely!)

Ever have to stand at a church gate collection?
