I had the same problem try the General Register Office (GRO), Research Room, Werburgh St, Dublin. I had trouble getting them I tried to explain why I couldn't get them and they would not accept my reason. It will take a while going through it but it will be worth it. They don't have the eircode in this place but if you know roughly where the house is you can find it online.

I just printed out the last page, signed and dated it, scanned it and then inserted the scanned page into the word document

No from reading past threads, you don't get confirmation. They'll just reply if there's something missing or they need to clarify something about the application.

Don’t think they do because I got an email from them to amend a few things but nothing prior to that

That was quick, you were on the ball if we only got the forms Wednesday. Where they vaid amendments or tiny details? Just anxious I precise enough.

I wasn’t actually, I was in the first batch and the deadline was Wednesday haha. They were just tiny details of things I wasn’t sure I had to put in but just left blank.

Ah right, I'm second batch, had it sent back within four days so hopefully makes things move alittle faster.

Struggling to come up with an example for the competency using info and problem solving, I’m thinking of this; in college we were giving the task of would it be feasible and profitable to introduce a craft beer to the drinks market ? Obviously I’ll use the Star technique

I glued a passport photo on it, and put it through a scanner and it went through fine

I thought Form B was the vetting form to be completed after you pass the interview, or am i missing something?

I got mine exactly a week after i got word i passed the interview.

You got word the same day i did so...I would check your spam box in case its in there and then ring them ASAP if its not as tomorrow was the deadline for those of us that got emails that day with Form B.

I had my interview on 17th September and got results on 2nd October.

I think the norm is once the final interview has taken place, results are out the Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.

I did my interview end of August filled in my form b and gp clearance form and my PCT has been scheduled for start of November, it’s happens pretty quick for anyone coming to these stages

Yep - got 5th Nov for my PCT - only got the email this morning, kinda thought there be an open day!!

Yep I was but my form b was only sent recently and due in on 9th of October then the following week it was gp form and now I’ve word about physical test already
