    Wheres the best to get an ipad screen repaired? Do compub do it?

    Yes. But they send it up the country, can take 10 days but it will be a proper job. Around 200€.

    Techstar on Henry St will do it. I had one done there a few months ago. About €80 I think.

    Techstar would do it, but 310eu.
    Compub wouldnt/couldnt fix it and say apple wont fix them. Said they are finnicky and sometimes not successful.

    Is it an actual apple Ipad? And if so is it really old?... find it hard to believe compu b wouldn’t entertain you if it was.

    What do you mean is it an actual apple ipad. Of course it is? Its 2 or 3 years old max ans was bought in compub. Both said the screen and cpu are together so its expensive. Compub just said they or apple dont fix them. Said you might find someone to do it, but they dont and the results are not always good and couldnt reccomend anyone. The guy was fairly helpful tbh, but flat out no to repair it.

    Buying a samsung to replace it tbh.

    Some people call their tablets “iPads” regardless of the manufacturer ... that’s why I asked.
