Replacing fixed broadband with mobile broadband

Where I live, I get top landline speeds of 7mbps. I have an unlimited data plan on eir mobile. I get speeds of 70mbps. I was thinking of replacing my landline broadband with a mobile router. Any pro’s or cons of doing this?
