What is the story with the fireworks

There seem to be fireworks going off every week. And not just regular screamers, it goes on for about 10 minutes so seems to be some sort of display. . Can anyone shed some light in this because it's freaking me out now at this stage.

It's from Luttrelstown Castle, they end ever wedding with a firework display on the lawn.
