The greenskeeper of the golf course in Clifden has resigned.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,811 ✭✭✭Castlekeeper

They can try all they want, they have no chance of getting it. They haven't even got an elected member in the Dail who has a clue about Agriculture never mind represent it at the cabinet table.

    ???
    As against Cowan and Calleary?
As against Simon Harris a college drop out who is Minister for Higher Education. The list could go on a bit :D

I'm nominating Buford for the job.
I suspect he'll won't move anyone around. Who's there McConagle, Rabbitte, and Cahill.
Rabbitte from the West, gets the nod.

I'll oil up my ban hammer:p

Cahill might be the best man for the job but I would expect McConalogue to get it and that would bring in another junior ministry to be filled.

How many weeks do we expect the next minister to last?

Amd sher not having a clue never stopped anyone getting a ministry, what qualification has Stephen Donnelly to get the health ?? Unless I’m missing something he has none.

It's a FF ministry so, unless she jumps ship, she won't make it this time.

    Why would he/ she resign?

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,515 ✭✭✭✭whelan2

Had to get school stuff in drogheda today. The whole mask situation is a total joke. Social distancing in queues is a joke.

I think the greens keeper crashed the doo on the lawn mower, stood on the bonnet and started giving everyone shots of tequilia from the captain's cup.

What's the film maker's angle on this ? I'm sick to death of reading ****e that plant based agriculture is better for the environment. If people only knew then absolute pulverisation soil goes through to grow crops. Fresh food needs to be valued more.

One eye opener to me was last week when this group or individual from "rewilding ireland" made a call about saving trees from a commercial nursery. He / She wanted people to buy 100 200 trees from them to plant. After a while on their twitter account they put up that they need to be trenched and some of them mighted make it after planting. This was only said when it was pointed out to them. So basically you have this group who want to rewild the country but haven't the basics of tree planting even. The amount of followers saying oh great idea where do I sign up. I bet most of them never handled a spade in their lives. Pie in the sky utopia view of the world easy when sitting on your arse instead of actually going out and getting stuck in.

Right well that was a rant I had to get off me chest for a while. Sorry say my name, it looks more balanced that what I've seen before though :) ðŸ˜႒ hope the fecking smile comes out this time.

    This link might explain more.

It's really the regenerative movement. They look at the whole system. Increasing the soils carbon content while providing good food.
They don't put no pass on the veggies hatred of livestock farming. These are the clued in hands on holistic type of agricultural people who'd put no pass on pulling a bolt gun. :p

Rumours that the police there are threatening to release him if United don't pay the fine.

Have no knowledge of the boxing game but I find it amazing that given her standing as the worlds best Taylor hasn't had a pro fight in Dublin/Ireland. surely she could name her venue if she wanted?

There a few weeks back when masks in shops were just made mandatory. Leo went to Lahinch. The place was heaving, he went into every shop without a mask. No word about it anywhere.

When he pulled into lahinch and saw the crowds, and he should have said, I can’t physical distance here so I’m going home. Calleary should have done the same.
If you've any pictures of Leo I hear the Guardian would be very interested.
