Blazer HD 400

Hi. Im not at all techie so could use some help. My old Sky box died and I got a Blazer HD 400 from a mate. The channels were all over the place so I did a factory reset and they came back neat and ordered. Only thing is the Info section on the channels is now gone so cannot see what the programme showing on any channel…
