panasonic kx tea308 problem with vodafone

    Hi all

    I would really appreciate some advice on a problem we are having at my workplace.We have an old panasonic 308 phone system and a couple of months ago our voicemail stopped working. We rang our provider vodafone and they said it was an eir problem so we rang them and they said they finally got it fixed last month but it was only fixed for a day .They are now telling us that our phone system is old and needs a new card .
    Has anyone experienced this as would love to know .Many thanks in advance for any advice .

    It sounds like the phone system was put in by Eircom Business Systems. The Panasonic KX-TEA308 is now end-of-life, the voicemail card is probably busted. It is fitted inside the Panasonic KX-TEA308. Have a look on eBay for a replacement, replace the entire phone system (if it's a small amount of phones it is probably cheaper). It's fairly old technology and ancient at this stage.

    All new PBXs are VoIP these days so you may end up replacing..
