Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Issue With 3 Year Old Heat Pumo

So looks like inverter has gone on my heat pump. New build just over 3 year mark, unfortunately pump is out of warranty by a few weeks. In talks with supplier regarding good will on their part. Chances are slim, why would they I suppose.

Anyway I'm here to query on potential solutions. Would the home bond cover this? Particular interest in the 5year electrical cover section for defects, mis installment etc. Would this issue fall under this remit? Same question re home insurance?

Apologies if posted in wrong section but boards is great for this kind of stuff. Thanks in advance (hopefully)
