Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone given this game a shot?
I have been playing it for a couple of months now. I am really impressed with it as a hospital simulation game. There is a lot of aspects to the game. However, I'm struggling to make money (sort of like a normal hospital)

Yeah I bought it soon after released. Played a few hours of it after watching some early Beta let's plays, just never really got into it after I got it.
I started back into it last night after a short break. It is seriously addictive as a management game. I started a new game from scratch, that's the weekend gone
