Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello all,

I have quite a bit of interest in Gaap both IFRS and local ones like FRS 102, and US Gaap. I was considering doing next year the Advanced Cert Chartered has on their website but I have seem that both CPA and CIMA also have something so I thought about asking the experience people have with any of these certifications and whether they think they are useful as a way of doing something after qualifying and from the career point of view.

Did you find them good to help you in your career either in practice or industry?
    Was it worse than FAE?
Would you recommend it and is so why specifically?
Would you recommend Chartered or any of the others?

    Thanks a million
