    Hi, I have noticed a transaction that appears to have a strange duplicate with the same amount from 6th August. Who can I contact or get help regarding this.

    Thank you for the post.

    If you sign in to our full website www.365online.com you should see two lists, Transactions in Progress and Completed Transactions.

    If the transaction is completed then you will need to contact the retailer and request a refund. To get more information on the transaction you can send an Ask a Question in the Service Desk menu option on your 365online.
