Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Surveyor for 2nd hand home in Dundalk

    I will be looking for a surveyor to look at a 2nd hand house just outside Dundalk; does anyone know anyone good?

    Just trying to bump this up again, im having trouble getting anyone to survey a second hand home, got two quotes from different people and they are quoting nearly 600 which is ludacris

    Get a third quote.
    Last time k checked in Dublin for s mate was about 18 mins the ago and the cheapest I could find was €550.

    €600 may be the going rate now.
