Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Leaking Flat Roof

I have a flat roof extension that leaks intermittently. Leaks are not consistent with heavy rainfall so its hard to pinpoint where the water is coming in. The leak into the kitchen itself is small, just drops of water. Having received a number of expensive quotes I thought it worth a shot to at least attempt to seal a number of spots on the roof myself (where joints are coming loose).

The material on the roof is EPDM. Can any experts advise what type of sealant I should use to seal joints? Furthermore, is there a product I could use to coat the whole roof in an attempt to seal any holes?

    Any advice is much appreciated.
