    The rewards system is really cool but I'm not in to 18 of the 30 rewards being either loan players or cosmetic items (stadiums, balls, tifos, celebrations, badges)

    By and large, that’s all the old experience system was too.

    So I’m taking less like that, and more as a “there’s actually a permeant reward to be achieved now, just from playing”.

    Actually, I’ve not read....how are they handling transfer pile expansions this year? Always used to have to buy the upgrades via the catalogue, which this seems to be replacing?

    I don't know if they give an exact time.

    Usually because it nearly always is up and down all evening once it does launch, so they don't want everyone rushing on at once.

    Got caoimhin kelleher and plea the french striker in the bundesliga so that's good by my pack luck standard :pac:

    Well we're off to a good start, one of the pre-order bonuses was a guaranteed OTW pack and because the OTW cards aren't out yet people have opened their packs and gotten standard gold cards.

    The xp for the season rewards seems insanely low. Seems to be between 60 and 180xp for a daily objective and it's 100k xp to get zaha/tolisso/vazquez

    The best player from the loyalty packs was Brozovic. I did get Aguero on a 4-game loan though so not all bad.

    Charlie Austin in a pack..traded him for a 4 game loan Aguero.
    Got Mason Mount then in another pack..that was about it.

    Did some of the early SBC's then for upgrade untradeable players..got Smalling as CB..Caballero as GK..got a Loftus Cheek CM and a VVD loan for 7 games so not shaping up too badly, some rando's in the other spots and it will give me a team to start with and get some coins together.

    Up to about 7k now after buying and selling silvers, mainly because one of the Sbcs needs silver midfielders. Will list what I got in my loyalty packs overnight.

    I think it was something to do with pre-ordering before a certain date but I'm not sure.

    The OTW packs aren't due out till the OTW promo starts in two weeks.

    Though some, I think PC players, got a pack early that said it was OTW (but wasn't because OTW cards aren't out yet).
