Card Reader Ulster Bank Issue

Hi i was trying to access my ulster bank anytime banking tonight and got this message more or less your card reader has been ordered, something about using it with your debit card sure i dont even have a debit card. so does this mean that im getting some machine now for a card i don't have and that i will be charged for…

Ulster bank is getting worse think its time to move i only use it for direct debits any help or advice on moving appreciated thanks
