Depends what you want in it.... Lots of variables....

    What width? standard is 600mm

What material is countertop? Stone/solid wood/formica - you can pay between one hundred and one thousand (or more) on that.

Are there cabinet doors going into it underneath? Will you get ones to match existing.
Best way is to break it down into what you need...
    Ballpark: Cheapest ...
basic countertop (100 - (less than that but you can usually only get them in 3m lengths))
    new carcasses(you'll need 3 ... i.e. single + double - about 300)
    basic doors (100)
cover panel for the back (assuming presses open from 1 side and width is 600mm) (100)
    a gable end(30)
feet +other odds n ends (handles hinges kickboard shelves etc)(100)....

I'd say if you priced it in ikea it will prob come in around 700 for their budget stuff. Say about 200 to fit it. So you wouldn't have much change out of 1000.

If you are talking stone work tops and higher end door finishes you could nearly double it.
If you need sockets/sinks/gas plumbed into it - dearer again.
