What do the various symbols on a Comelit intercom system mean? There's one that looks like an asterisk,one that looks like a sine wave, P1,P2, C, -4, +, 2 & 3. That's nine altogether...

When in a similar position I googled the handset, I looked at the images and identified the handset model and obtained the manual from the internet
