    Frisps here

Doritos get stuck in your teeth.

  • Registered Users Posts: 837 ✭✭✭False Prophet

Bit of a shocker to include Jonnie Onion Rings instead of Perri Onion rings.

Frisps. Don’t see them anymore though.

    Doritos, mainly for the flavour.

Has to be Frisps. Apart from anything else, Doritos are rather jagged and can clip or tear your anus on expulsion.

That’s just a stock picture. There’s gonna be 64 in the tournament.

I’ll refrain from voting in the first round cos they’re both muck.

looks like a shock early exit for Doritos so

A big heavyweight and versatile in many situations.

Both are in. The initial picture was just what's in my gaff at the minute people.

    Tayto Cheese and Onion
I take back my "inauspicious start" comment. This has been a very good sanity check to start off with. Doritos rightly floundering, and the humour level high.

    Roll on a good competition!

Frisps aren’t even around any more. Not impressed with their inclusion whatsoever.

God you'd love it over on the continent Stephen. Ready salted and salt and vinegar as far as the eye can see. Nothing risky. Nothing spicy. Nothing with morbid, evil, packaging. Not even a half daycent and fairly oily cheese and onion crisp with green edges. Ireland really is the centre of the crisp world.

Wouldn't worry about it , they will get knocked out next round

Controversial opinion but I actually like the crisps on the continent. Prefer plain and simple over these fancy flavours

Even in the UK the Smith's crisps had a sachet of salt so the snackee could apply their own level of saltiness.
Here in Ireland, you're giving full industrial grade flavouring that's likely to corrode light skin.

Extremely satisfying to see Doritos shown the door so unceremoniously.

McCoy's. The only acceptable ready salted crisps (or potato snacks) are Hula Hoops.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,564 ✭✭✭✭whiskeyman

Ready salted is not a flavour.

    Walkers out!!

    McCoy's, easily.

haven't tried the bacon sizzler, but ridge cut, bacon flavour, over bland salt? Has to be McCoys

    The greatest crisp ever made!

Walkers for me in this round, I like an old ready-salted crisp, I do.

McCoys, even though I'm not mad about the chunkier ridge-cut crisps. Ready salted says "I like bland non-flavours!".

The one thing we can both agree on in this crisp let's see will they make a reappearance in the form of snother flavour later in the round

Another stinker of a round. Two Protestant crisps. Rather than risk being seen as undemocratic again, I’ll go with Walkers.

Nothing ever ready salted should be suggested ever again.

    McCoys.

Never had McCoy's but Ready Salted are appalling.

If Josef Fritzel had a favourite flavour crisp it would be "ready salted".

When we are young they would appear in some mix bag we occasionally got around Christmas or whatever. We were 4 young crisp fanatics and would tear through the packet in record time. the ready salted was fed to the dog, who also refused to eat them.
