Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My own router with Sky (Ubiquiti Edgerouter X)

    Hi everyone,

Was wondering if it's possible to use my own router with Sky Broadband and if you guys are using your own and the complexity level of it software wise?

I plan on upgrading the hardware at home with the Ubiquiti Edgerouter X to fix bufferbloat as I tend to play video games while some family members will watch netflix/youtube etc... which causes the dumb Sky router to be unable to sustain this wisely, and will be adding a UAP-Lite access point to improve the wifi as it doesn't work in some locations of the house.

    Appreciate your thoughts/experiences.

Afaik you can use your own router with Sky. They will not offer support for any other router but their own.

What type of connection have you got? ADSL, VDSL or ftth?
